Client Specialist

Are you the connecting link between our clients and employees?

As a Client Specialist, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and temporary workers, ensuring the perfect match between their needs and expectations. Do you have a keen eye for client satisfaction and excel in building relationships? Then you’re the person we’re looking for!

What will you do?

• Coordinate the placement of temporary workers and match the right candidates to client requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the first point of contact for both clients and employees.
• Actively advise and support clients in staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

What do we ask from you?

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish or Ukrainian is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a client-facing role, recruitment, or coordination is a plus.
